This organization is a United States poverty campaign that aims at bringing to an end the health disparities felt by racial and ethnic groups. Their website allows people to donate, participate in future events and join in the cause.
Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health Across the United States (REACH U.S.):
This organization is a national, multilevel program that forms the basis of the Center of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)’s endeavor to raise awareness about eliminating racial and ethnic disparities in health.
A Healthy Baby Begins with You-African American Infant Mortality Awareness Campaign:
Infant mortality rates among African American babies are twice as high as those of the general population even though many of the causes of infant mortality are preventable. The Office of Minority Health (OMH) launched this campaign in the hopes of raising awareness about infant mortality with an emphasis on the African American community.
Coalition for Asian American Children and Families (CACF):
This organization aims to improve the health and well-being of Asian Pacific American children and families. Their website allows people to become members, volunteer or attend upcoming events or make donations to advocate for their cause.
Stand Up To Cancer:
